I swear, my days are totally relaxed now. All I have to do is get started on a presentation and I’ll be done with one of my school work. Then I have my computers to worry about. And the bridge project, but that’s way off (Notice that I‘m delaying the inevitable, even NOW).
So yeah… About my social life.
There’s a new guy at the hangout, flirting with me and all the other girls. Well, mostly me. The thing is, I get kinda iffy. I try not to be mean or anything, but I insult on impulse. [Sweat.] Anyways, I haven’t seen him in a long while, so maybe he’s getting it on with some other girl and not me.
There is another… thing…
Brian, who used to like me, starts talking to me out of nowhere. Like, “What’s up?” when I’m already at class. And in a hurry. Maybe I’m being a little conceited. But whatever.
Oh! I got dog-piled on! [Cheer.] Ariel brought his flying disk thingy (I don‘t know how to spell it, honestly), and we played around in the baseball field. At some point, the stupid thing goes to the middle and nobody moves. Everyone looks at the other, then three of us (including me) make a run for it. It was a small race, but it was fun. I won, but it was taken from me and someone just jumped on me. After that, another one jumped on me too. It was a Jump-on-Poppy-fest.
Eh, it was fun.
